Q&As

1 - 4 of 4 Questions

Q: Would this work to keep a playful 300lb hog busy?

1 Answer
  • A: Not if it's a chewer!! Our 80 lb pit/shepherd mix mutt rips the handles off in less than two days, but still plays with the ball until he destroys it, which takes a month or two... Would love to find something more durable, but he loves them so much we keep buying them! :-)

Q: Is this safe to leave in the field with the horses or do you only give it to them supervised?

  • A: I leave it in the field and have not experienced any issues. We have two of them and find the balls in various places so we know our donkeys are playing with them. Hope this helps.

Q: Okay, so my horse stepped on his brand new jollyball and deflated it. It did not inflate again on its own. How do I inflate it?

1 Answer
  • A: According to the vendor, the 410 Jolly Ball does not need air to inflate. What has likely happened is that when it was stepped on, it suctioned together. The vendor recommends trying to massage it back out. If it doesn’t work, feel free to contact the vendor directly at 1-800-232-7950 for a replacement.

Best Dog Ball Ever!

In the last year my Amstaff has been through 2 of these, I am on my way to Tractor Supply to buy another one. Hundreds of hours of fun. My girl chews the handles off but still slings them around, bouncing off the side of our house. Out of all my pitty rescues, this girl plays the roughest. This is all our Bully's favorite toy.

Poor quality

My 7 month old collie chewed part of the handle off within the first few hours. I wound up cutting it off to keep her from eating it all.

Will continue to purchase

My dogs have adored these jolly balls over the last 23 years, but sadly they are all obsessed with removing the handle. And yes it doesn’t take long, but we trim them up and use until they get into the main part of the ball. My absolute wish is that Jolly Pets can manufacture a solid handle for this product.. it will still bounce and roll. Our Dogs are always so proud to carry these toys around and play keep away💙

Yes, I recommend this product.

My dog was able to chew through this within minutes. She loves to play with it but definitely not meant for strong chewers.

No, I do not recommend this product.
