The Harris Farms Poultry Watering Cups allow you to create your own watering system using a plastic container or PVC pipe. These watering cups come in a pack of 2. Their nipple stems release water only when chickens drink. One cup can accommodate up to 12 chickens. The Harris Farms poultry watering cups can be used with a gravity flow system and they do not connect to a pressure water supply. Chickens will typically train themselves to use these cups in minutes once other water sources are removed. They support both side and bottom mounting. To install, drill a 3/8 in. hole into your desired water source and screw in the watering cups.100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

17 hours ago- AI-generated, Human-approvedA: To install these watering cups, you should drill a 3/8 inch hole into your desired water source. Some users have also suggested using a 5/16 inch or 11/32 inch bit to achieve a tighter fit.3 hours agoHelpful?
Q: Do these require a watertight lid to prevent leaking at the drilled hole?
8 days ago- AI-generated, Human-approvedA: No, these watering cups are designed for use with gravity flow systems and do not require a watertight lid to prevent leaks at the installation site. Q: Mine fills up when the flapper goes side to side not when it goes down. Is this correct?
a year ago- A: Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, that is correct. The cup is designed to fill when the flapper is nudged side to side, which activates the internal valve. Pressing down may not trigger water flow. This is a normal and intentional design.a year agoHelpful?
