Wave goodbye to nasty pests with a proper ant killer. Gulf Stream 100522608 GardenTech Over'n Out Advanced Fire Ant Killer Granules start killing fire ant mounds in 15 min. - killing the mound and the queen! These fire ant granules are simple to use and cover up to 5,000 sq. ft.

- Easy to use fire ant killer granules
- Ant killer lasts 6 months
- Contact fire ant granules get to work fast
- For outdoor use only
- For broadcast treatment: Distribute granules accordingly; sweep off driveways back onto lawns; water immediately; start watering at furthest point and work back to treated areas
- For mound treatments: Water mound areas lightly before applying if soil is dry; distribute 1/2 cup of granules evenly over/around each mound to cover an area 4 ft. in diameter; Apply 1-2 gal. of water to each mound area to release active ingredients and move into tunnel areas; don't add extra water
- Use outdoors to treat lawns, ornamental gardens, home perimeters and property boundaries; Do not use in vegetable gardens
- Wear protective clothing, including long sleeves, long pants and gloves, during handling and application
- Apply on calm, rain-free days, when no rain is forecast for 24 hours to prevent drift or runoff

I'm not sure if some of the people are using this product wrong or what. I put it out just before a rain. The mounds and fire ants are gone within a couple of days. Best killer I have used so far.

Ortho is less expensive and much much more effective at actually killing fire ants quickly. I would not recommend this product. I bought two of the large bags and applied them per instructions, but after a week half of the mounds are still active. I've used this product in the past with good results, but I may have to switch brands after this last treatment. Not sure what happened, but I can't afford to have fire anymore with my dogs in the yard.

Fire ant killer results

it appears to have eradicated my fire ant hills in a timely fashion. The larger hills took 2 applications and the small ones only took one treatment. I still have a few new small hills popping up, but I expected that. One treatment and they are gone.

It promises to work in 15 minutes and kill the queen in 24 hours. It dies not even work in 2 days. I have used other ant poisons and they did work. Guess my money went down the drain on this one.

Wow!!! This really works... I purchased because it stated was safe for chickens after watering down really good. The next day No more ants invading their coop and my fruit trees! Highly recommend.

I used this product several times on numerous stubborn ant hills all over my yard. Other products didn't seem to work very well, as the ants seemed to just move the hill. With this product, I see fewer and fewer hills over the last several months. It seems to kill the ants before they can move on.

I used GardenTech Over 'N Out Fire Ant Killer on 4 huge Fire Ant mounds in my front lawn where we practice soccer. 2 weeks later 3 out of the 4 mounds were gone. I am definitely happy with this product.

When I first received the product, I currently didn't have any fire ants. I knew they would come though. Once they appeared, this product worked like a charm, at the first sign of a mound I applied the product as directed. In no time, they were gone! It was such a relief because not only do I react horribly, but we have a dog and multiple children running through our yard. I'm glad it only took a little of the product to do the trick so we will be ready if they return.

Got rid of the ants!

We had about 8 very active nests running alongside our property line and street. The instructions were easy to understand. I had heard others complain about an odor, but I did not find this to be the case. Even though we had a rain, we did put some water on the ground before application. Application was very easy- spread it on each hole, and add some water. After about an hour, I did not see any activity on any of the nests, and 2 weeks later, do not see any activity anywhere.
Yes, I recommend this product.
