Q: The liquid will not fill into the tank. It just fills up the tube the pump handle goes into. How can I get it to fill the tank? I see this question was already asked but was not given a proper answer.

1 Answer
  • A: 1. Be sure the sprayer can build pressure first. Fill with plain water only. Pump the pressure up in the sprayer. 2. Unscrew and remove the end nozzle assembly. Briefly depress the trigger handle. If fluid comes out, clean the nozzle by soaking in warm mild soapy water. 3. If no fluid comes out, remove the wand assembly to the trigger. Briefly depress the trigger handle. If fluid comes out, clean wand assembly by soaking in warm mild soapy water. 4. If no fluid comes out, clean the trigger assembly by soaking in warm mild soapy water. Some models have a nut underneath the trigger handle, remove to clean the inside parts. 5. If issue remains, replace trigger handle assembly.

Q: Warranty off. Sprayer holds pressure only occasionally. Reviews aren't impressive. Can I replace pressure relief valve (with a good one) and install an automotive valve stem? These 72 yo shoulders are having trouble with the excess strain.

1 Answer
  • A: If your sprayer can’t hold pressure, please check below 2 points: Check and make sure tighten all connections firstly. If it still can’t hold pressure after all parts tightened, please find out leak part and replace it. If you are sure leak part is the valve, you can ask ACS for suitable relief valve for 4451431. Don't use incorrect relief valve, that is not safe. The Shoulder strap is comfortable, please rest assured to use.

Good sprayer

I've had one of these for about 6 or 7 years, use it for spraying weeds in the summer and it has worked very well. This year it would not pump up any pressure. I needed to spray soon so I bought another identical one and it works fine (the price has doubled) oh well. In the meantime I ordered a new O-Ring seal , size 318. It was the right size and fixed my old one. O-Rings are available on Ebay, that's size 318 for the one inside the pump.

Shortife Span

Bought this to have a mid-size sprayer for home and field use. Worked OK 1 season. Nozzle is a fit to get to spray from mist to stream. Developed a seam leak beginning of second season so I only got the one season out of it. Better wear good rubber gloves because getting that nozzle to work like you want it, as well as leaking means you will be wet with whatever you are spraying.

The Winchester 36 gun safe is a great safe for my needs I would recommend this product to anyone. And Candace and Chris at the London location were so pleasant and helpful, they both seem to enjoy their job .

Yes, I recommend this product.

Tough deck durable and great looking.

The bad boy lawn mower we purchased is a great machine. It is durable and easy to use. Cuts smooth as well as the zero turn makes it easy to get close to the things that you want and turn on a minute.

Poor quality

The nozzle is poor. Will not stay adjusted to where I set it. The spray starts out with a good strong fan and ends up a stream spraying off to one side. That’s is with the pump at full pressure.
