Perfect, Grows Fast and thick

I bought this product to start a new pasture. It sprouted and grew like crazy with no special planting experience. My horses spilled some of it inside of the barn and sure enough, within 10 days, there was grass growing in the barn! Love it and will only buy this seed for my pastures.

Didn’t work for me

I have tried this in my north Dallas pasture twice. Once in spring and once in fall. I tilled the 1 acre pasture and applied two bags each time. I have not seen any growth at all.
