Heats our home well. Uses about a bag of pellets every 2 days

The stove works great when it’s running but I’ve had it less than a year and I’ve already had multiple issues with the auger stopping mid fire. I would not recommend buying if you need consistent heat for your home.

Works well. But install kit wasn't that great. And it's temperature band that it runs varies pretty wildly.

Not sure how this product is, it has never arrived. It has been all over the east and the closest it has come to Wyoming is North Dakota before it went to WI.

I have the grand tweeton p60. I love this stove it's so easy to maintain my 10yo daughter can clean it in 15 min and that includes removing the panels inside. I did have a controller problem and they were extremely helpful this is my first pellet stove and it saves me $600 a month in electric bills it has paid for it self in 2 month I will be buying one for the garage for sure next year. 2nd stove in 1 year.. 2nd one lasted 3 months ….good thing I walked in the house it smelled like electrical and apparently the electrical panel went bad. They haven’t sent me a new electrical panel and I’m sitting here with winter approaching. I’m looking at a nonworking stove. It’s so amazing. 🙄🙆🏼‍♀️

If I can rate this stove to 0 stars I would. DO NOT buy this stove. You will have nothing but problems and when you call for support and/or a refund/replacement you will get the run around. My carbon monoxide doctor goes crazy every time we turn this on. I've tried everything support has told me to do and it still smells like smoke and my carbon monoxide detector goes off. Nothing but problems!! I dont understand why this stove has not been recalled yet! Absolutely ridiculous!

would never buy another one ive had it for three years now and every year the thing breaks. worst investment ive ever made. the bad part is they still make the stoves with all the same problems!!!

Nice heat easy set up

purchased 7/2025 After I ran stove for 6 times, the MOTHER BOARD went! thank the tech dept for ordering a new one, under warranty. took almost 7 days to get here!

Stove arrived on time and works great. Hasn't been cold enough to run full time but still night time temps are in the 20's and heats the house fine.

Been talking with customer service for two years now. They are trying everything they can to make it my fault it's not working or keeps breaking. Having me send pictures after pictures and videos making me change things. Buy more things and still not working. The door pins works it way out and the door comes off hing. High risk of fire.

Dont waste ur $ on this brand. I wasted $1200 last August on this brand. Bought the stove. Worked from Oct 2024 when fired it up till feb 2025. The motherboard went bad. Manufacture replaced motherboard free. Then the igniter went out. Manufacture sent1. Never got it. They sent another 1. Replaced igniter. Now saying motherboard bad again. This stove throws so many codes. If u wanna fight to have heat. Buy this brand. But i definitely wouldnt recommend it. I now have to spend more $ to buy another new stove. til feb

I have it in my work shop. would not operate when temp was less than 32 degrees unless I ran a hair dryer directed at mother board with side cover off, did this for 2 yrs until even this did not work

Only had less than three months and the electric circuit and everything went and who knows what the manufacturer will say. I will not buy this brand again.

This stove has ALOT of issues. I wouldn't recommend this stove. It is dangerous and has many performance issues. The maintenance routine is ridiculous and tedious due to all the electronics. Poor design? Too many components that are inside and cannot take the heat from the stove causes lots of replacement parts regardless of adherence to maintenance schedule. The stove malfunctioned and poured thick smoke into our home while I was sleeping. Thank God for my dogs alert barking me awake. The smoke was so thick I had trouble navigating to open doors and windows. The smoke was so bad that I had to repaint interior of house. We can't afford to replace this stove so we only use it when we are home and can monitor it. We've used pellet stove for 30 years. Never had trouble with other stove. This stove is not safe nor is it reliable.

I bought this stove in 2022. I live in Northern California. I love the phone app. It’s easy to set up and use. The heater heats my house I have 1ooosg ft. But it basically must be cleaned daily. deep cleaned every 2 days. It has broke down 3 times now. Customer service is wonderful. My problem is it requires hard pellets. I thought Oak was hard wood. Nowhere in my area sells hardwood pellets. I use golden fire. Still not hardwood. Why sell something you can’t get the correct pellets for in our area? The stove was sold in northern California. No where on the stove or instructions did it say can only Burn hard pellets. Customer service was the one that explained that when I called with issues. Not sure if it’s the company fault or Tractor Supply. But now I’m freezing and have no heat until my stove gets fixed again which I unfortunately have to do as there’s no service people in my rural area. Waiting on company to figure out what wrong and send the appropriate parts. All I wanted was safe affordable heat. Seems like too much to ask for these days.

A lot better than pelpro. Works great. Much better warranty than also. Turns off and on all by it's self. Keeps this house of 1800 square feet very warm.

Didn't have the stove a month before we had to replace every internal part and it still was not working. Our house is about 1500 sq feet and it did not heat it at all. Had to have the stove set to 85 to keep the house maybe 65.

Doesn't heat up the area it claims to

Had it going for several months already, works well, adjusted the feeds and and fan speeds easily, i did make a pellet screen to control poor grade pellets from bouncing all around the fire box. one question , is there a way to silence the beeper or turn it down, interupts my sleeping

Overheated and nearly started a fire in my house With under 35 hours of runtime

Warms up our home no problem love it

We have had 2 stoves with bad transformers within 3 months. The company is terrible to work with! I would never buy from this company again.

The stove struggles to maintain heat

Does not heat my small one room cabin with a basement very well. Runs in the low 60s when it's in the single digits and low 50s when its below 0. I would not recommend this pellet stove. Only good for maybe a small hunting shack but other than that I wouldn't waste your money!!!

Don’t like it. It is riddled with problems. Customer Seevice lies.  However the tech we worked with was amazing.  Now it has blown a fuse and we are in below zero temps.  Thanks for selling a poorly built stove.
