The GPI Manual Unleaded Nozzle is a sturdy piece of equipment that gets the job done. The diesel fuel nozzle is lightweight and easy to manage. The diesel nozzle is compatible with unleaded fuels. Made from aluminum construction, this diesel pump nozzle was designed for use with gasoline, E15, diesel, biodiesel, and kerosene.

Q: What type of plastics and o-rings are on the inside? Meaning what is the material they are made out off. Secondly, what is the maximum viscosity these handles can handle?

- A: Good morning, It depends on what type of parts you are purchasing. Most of our O-rings are made of nitrile rubber. There are some O-rings, in certain units, that have Viton O-rings. The 3/4" auto nozzle are, designed for use with gasoline, E15, diesel, biodiesel, and kerosene. For example: The viscosity of gasoline is: 0.006. Thank you, GPI Product Support4 years agoHelpful?

Q: Can this be locked up?

- A: This product features a manual shut-off, so it may not be locked up. For automatic operation, we suggest the 110121-8M12TSC which features an easy one-finger hold-open clip which allows you to set the flow rate for automatic dispensing.5 years agoHelpful?

Upgraded a Flo-N-GO nozzle and hose

Seems to be well made and work as it should. Would have been nice to have more information on the product on the manufacture's website. I was concerned when my fitting wouldn't thread up beyond 3 threads. After calling manufacture to confirm I had the correct thread pitch and doing a little researching on google. The threads slowly taper down to prevent leakes. Per google if you get between 3 to 6 threads threaded it is perfectly normal. Just added teflon tape and your good to go.

Manual Fuel Nozzles

I am a retail heating oil and diesel fuel distributor. The GPI automatic shut off i purchased in the past are junk so i now use these nozzles. They are less expensive and we use them for our own personal use primarily. Less chance of spills if you stay and listen. Also pumps faster than the automatic ones too.

There was not much info about this nozzle so it was a shot in the dark. However, I used it with a fairly powerful diesel pump and it worked fine.
