Gordon's Trimec Crabgrass Plus Lawn Weed Killer Concentrate offers broadleaf weed control for 200 or more common broadleaf weeds. This crabgrass killer controls emerged grassy weeds, such as crabgrass, foxtail and signal grass, as well as common broadleaf weeds as listed, such as dandelions and plantain. The weed killer concentrate is designed as a 3-way herbicide blend that makes eliminating pesky weeds in your lawn, pathway or backyard a breeze.1 gallon covers up to 20,000 sq. ft.

Kills some weeds but does not phase crabgrass. I sprayed my neighbors yard 3 times with this for crabgrass, it didn't phase it. If anything it's even healthier.

I followed directions to the letter on my Bermuda lawn in mid-Oklahoma. After two weeks crabgrass was not affected and most other weeds were not affected very much. I sprayed the entire bottle over 22,000 square feet with my lawn tractor. I believe it was spread evenly because all weeds seemed to be affected the same way.

Purchased this at an exorbitant price, specifically to kill crabgrass and I think the crab grass is laughing at me for it is even taller and greener now... and it has been almost 3 weeks now. Sales associate strongly recommended this product to me.

Last year I had wild violets growing all over my yard, and they are in a lot of neighborhood yards as well. A neighbor with a great looking yard recommended this, said spray it, when the leaves have a little brown edge to them, spray it again. It helped get rid of a LOT of the violets. I’m spraying again this year, but not nearly as many as last year. I will continue to use this product, at least for the wild violets, because it helped tremendously!!

Shake the jug well before pouring and add a good squirt of quality dish soap to your gallon mixture. The dish soap will help it stick to leaves. Swirl or gently agitate your sprayer jug before you start to spray. You will see it starting to work in less than 24 hours.

My yard used to be a corn field. Despite seeding it with grass, the inevitable weeds were popping up, and my yard looked more like weeds than the grass that I'd spend so much time growing. The weeds grew faster too, so it always looked like I needed to mow sooner than I really needed to. My dad recommended Trimec and he's been using it for a few years - once in the spring, once in the fall. One application this spring and my yard looks like an actual yard. I couldn't be more pleased with how well it worked and how nice the yard looks! We applied with a pull behind large sprayer and it was 100% worth it.

Don’t skimp for less quality

I purchased what product I could find at a store along with a cheaper brand to finish my spraying in spring. Unfortunately it was a waste of money, I ordered enough Gordon’s online to retreat my lawn in late summer. Of which worked as described on the label , it also worked better on the crabgrass to do the later application. No my lawn is beautiful and weed free again.

A Crabgrass Killer that actually works!

This product, used with our dial sprayer has been an asset in controlling our pesky crabgrass near our garage, which has been completely taken over by crabgrass since it was built. The chemical turned the thick, mature crabgrass brown overnight, where other concentrates only tanned the top layer of our years’ worth of undesirable grass. Thanks to Gordon’s we’re one step closer to ushering better grass near our garage!

Used in a 2 gallon sprayer. Killed dandelions and something that looks more like clover dead in 2-3 days. Put it on a patch of bindweed, (morning glory), twice in 3 days. After a week it's yellow and shriveled up, but not completely dead. Will give it a few more days and may spray it again.Lawn looks great! Don't have much in the way of crabgrass so I can't speak to that.

Wont do anything to crabgrass

Bought this several weeks ago. I applied at the 2.5 oz rate per gallon for pump sprayer for crabgrass and clover. It worked for clover but did nothing for crabgrass after 12 days. Just reapplied at 5oz per gallon plus added super sticky surfactant to the mix and after 5 days it has not turned any crabgrass the purple killing color. Guess I will wait for winter to kill my crabgrass since this not working. Just hate that it keeps spreading everytime I mow.
