I use this in the winter when I'm walking my dog. I have a pair of hi-vis winter bibs, but I'm not trying to look like highlighter walking through the neighborhood and sometimes a fully blown pair of HV pants is overkill. I mostly just want cars to be able to see my dog and I when we are crossing a road. This is a simple solution to not having to fully adorn your full hi-vis outfit, but still can give some visibility and indicate to a car that there is a human body there. This doesn't have any adjustability but the snap buttons are solid and it does the job.
