The feeder itself looks okay and appears to be decently constructed, although there should be more and/or larger drain holes. The problem is that it's relatively lightweight, so our horses repeatedly knock it over or even completely upside down. These are small, normally totally non-destructive animals, and we've never experienced this type of issue before.
The hay ends up on the ground, with resulting waste. Wouldn't buy this feeder again, or recommend it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
