Built to repair models with quick connect fittings, this sprayer manifold kit contains an integrated shut off valve and hose fittings to repair or upgrade 12V sprayers. The manifold kit fits current and previous Fimco sprayers for convenience.

Not bad overall replacement manifold

This is not a universal manifold, it can be made to replace one from an older fimco sprayer, but it is not plug and play, be prepared to have to disassemble your old manifold so you can have a pressure gauge, (assuming your gauge and fittings were good), come up with a bolt or plug to seal a hole on the other end of the new manifold and you will have to cut up the new manifold bracket and use zip ties to secure it. Having said that, I had everything I needed lying around the shop, and the manifold works great with no leaks. Looks a bit heavier duty than the old one. Make sure to use teflon tape on everything you disassembled/reassembled.

This manifold came on a new sprayer I bought at TSC. 1 year later and the valves quit working right. The handle wears out and does not turn the ball to open or close the flow.

The Fimco Manifold says it works with all TSC and Fimco sprayers but I have the TSC30 pull behind and the manifold is opposite of the original one that came on sprayer. Also the bolting up of the manifold brace dips inward at an odd angle making securing it impossible. This is the correct part according to Tractor supply and Web search.

My Fimco 30 gallon tow behind with boom is great. I let it get frozen this winter and had to replace the pump and some connectors. All the parts were easily identified and my replacements cams very quickly in spite of the Slow mail service these days. Very happy with Fimco.

The replacement manifold works very well, but with it replacing older and updated versions of the product, there were some nuances I had to figure out. Some things needed changed, but between what I have laying around and what came in the package it was fine.
