The Fimco 1.2 GPM 12V High-Flo High-Performance Demand Pump sets the standard for electric pumps. The quick-connect convenience paired with premium parts makes this innovative model a great choice for your spot or broadcast spraying needs. With 60 PSI maximum pressure, this Fimco replacement sprayer pump delivers increased flow rates and a longer lifespan. An integrated demand switch automatically shuts it off at maximum pressure to conserve energy.

Q: Can I use a pressure reducing regulator with this pump as the preset limit of 60 psi is too much for my application - spray weed killer on gravel with boom arm - test water spray vapors/mists with 3/8" tubing and 01 nozzles

- A: You are spot on—60 PSI is definitely too much pressure for those tiny 01 nozzles and will cause a heavy fog or drift. You can plumb a bypass line back to your tank. If you just use a standard inline regulator to choke the flow, the pump will rapidly click on and off (cycle) and eventually burn out. Customers typically handle this by adding a Y-valve setup right off the pump discharge. One side of the Y runs to the spray wand/boom arm, and the other side acts as the bypass line running back into the tank. By running that bypass line with a simple manual ball valve back into the tank, you can bleed off the excess pressure safely. This lets you dial the pressure down to your boom arm and 3/8" tubing perfectly to get your desired PSI without causing the pump to cycle.4 days agoHelpful?

I had the old pump off and this one mounted and running in under 10 minutes and it works great.
It's the perfect size for a wand sprayer and my 15 gallon tank.

worked one tank, then just runs and low pressure

worked great for the first tank or so. 2nd tank the pump never made pressure to shut off in between sprays. 3rd tank it just runs and runs and low pressure.

Only used this twice. It leaks at drain because the cap doesn't fit correctly. Fuse blown when I went to use it 2nd time. Replaced fuse and still doesn't work. Waste of money! Don't buy

Do not buy this pump! I’m on my 3rd pump and every single one has done the same thing. Sprays at pressure for 1 second then losses all pressure and barely sprays
