I ordered online on 4/8/2026 and was charged for the product. At that time the order showed an arrival date of 4/12 or 4/13 from UPS. I finally received an email that stated the item was shipped on 4/17/2026. It actually arrived in Denver metro on the 14th. I waited a couple days for a tracking number. I finally called TSC Solutions Phone number and waited 1 hr and 15 mins with no answer. Hung up and called again without any answer which was during TSC business hours. I called again the next day and left a message on the machine for a call back. I was finally called back but was hung up on as they were trying to figure out who and/or where the item was located. I called back again left message and was again called back again. They informed me that XPO logistics had actually picked up the item on 4/10. This is what I was able to find out with a XPO tracking number.

I then called XPO, they said they have given the delivery to Western Peak Logistics and have no more involvement. I called Western Peaks to be told that they only deliver to Bailey Colorado on Wednesdays. So far Western Peak has missed 4/15 and 4/22. Western Peak does not update any tracking info by what I can tell!! If I don't receive the item by Wed. 4/29 I will be stopping my credit card purchase. I sent an email response to TSC solutions and have not heard back for three days. Sent another today so we will find out if TSC really cares about their customers or not!
Well they don't care! Customer service never called back, but finally the item did arrive. Box was damaged so i will need to check if anything inside was damaged! I was going to leave feedback on TSC website, but that does not work!!!! Stay away from online ordering from TSC.

I am enjoying this product so far and it's working with no issues. It's better than toting water to newly planted trees and shrubs on our place. The only issue is the delivery of the product. I believe it is XTO company that makes the deliveries and they called the morning of the first delivery date and ask if they could turn around a full 18 wheeler. When I returned the call they informed me they had kicked the delivery off of the truck because they did not make contact on the first phone call. I told them I do not have the room for a double axle 18 wheeler to turn around at my home. 2 days later they called again with the same situation. We told them to deliver it to the store and we will pick it up there. The store employees stated this company makes deliveries to the store in vans and smaller vehicles not 18 wheelers most of the time. The delivery company is terrible.

gifted this to my former wife and her current hubbie. They were thrilled to receive it but stored it until spring. Im going out on a limb and giving it a 4 star rating w/o a test exercise. Based on my own previous personal experience with FIMCO products it probably deserves a 5 star rating.
