There's no pump, how am I supposed to use a sprayer with no pump??? Has been sitting outside somewhere for a long time, plastic is old and brittle all of the clamps are rusted and its filthy. And there is no pump!!! Its a 64 gallon useless corroded dirty tank. Oh and the wand handle had a nice wasp nest inside it.

Was missing the boom and fittings were broken off underneath. Received a discount but was not enough to cover the replacement parts. Should have returned if it wasn't for the drive I made to pick it up. Tractor supply shouldn't list damaged goods on their website for online purchase.

I should have given more thought before purchasing.  As with many Fimco reviews, horrible owners manual and instructions.  More than that is the missing parts, in this case the Cast Iron 6 Roller Pump Assembly and Quick Coupler.  If you do purchase, be sure to open long before you need to use it as likely you will need customer support/parts.  Called TSC customer service and they were wonderful but are limited to what they can do and waiting on Fimco to correct the issue.  Would prefer a refund as product sits in barn unusable yet fully paid.

This is the second Fimco sprayer that I have purchased and both have been a complete letdown. The components are made of the cheapest plastic known to man. I have spent more money working on this sprayer and fixing the very cheaply made components. I will never purchase another Fimco product. These are not built for constant usage. This was a huge waste of $1300.

The sprayer arrived without the roller pump and PTO arm. Trying to get in touch with a live human in customer service is an exercise in futility.

I bought this on sale at TSC. It had been sitting outside for awhile it appeared as the pump had rust, manual was destroyed. All parts were there and simple to put together for anyone with a little mechanical know how. Trial run went fine running water through sprayer for 5 minutes then one of the end nozzles quit spraying and started back spraying all over, while other two nozzlescontinued to work.

Use the YouTube video set up, instructions don’t help much with it, they also sent the wrong size port fitting that was to be 3/4 inch they sent 1/2 inch but that cost 5 dollars to fix, once put together it works good actually better than I expected. So 5 stars because it wasn’t a hassle to buy the right port fitting and I knew ahead of time after looking at reviews it was easier to watch a YouTube video of someone else putting it together then using the instructions

Parts missing and they can't order anymore

Works Great. Had to tighten connections and replace nozzles, reverse the suction and discharge on the pump but works as it should.

I am very happy with this sprayer. Ir was just what I needed for the pasture I am in process of trying to rehabilitate after years of being in the CRP program.

The nozzles leak and it dosent have the wide spray pattern like clamied

Purchase tractor supply got home and created had tank hoses only no hard work kit pump will contact manufacturer on Monday and will update rating accordingly to how they reply and or ship her work it pump

The first sprayer was junk. Hoses were not hocked up correctly and missing one hose. The roller pump was junk and would only get pressure to less than 5 psi. I took it back and they replaced it with a different unit. But had to get parts from 2 other units on the floor to get one that would work. The other 2 units had broken connectors and valves. So the entire process was very frustrating.

Broadcast sprayer nozzles are very poor they leak. They need to be replace.

Filled the tank with clean water and tested the sprayer for function and calibration.  Everything seemed to work fine   I added the appropriate amount of weed killer and started spraying, thought it was Ok, little did I know the recycle Function was not work and not continuously mixing fluid which caused a situation where the weed killer concentrated In the bottom of the tank and was too strong, killing my grass.  Went back with a second tank of mixed weed killer. Started to spray and the pump wouldn’t work leaving me with 30 gals of weed killer. I would not buy this sprayer again.

Bought this at a discount. Been there for a year and people stole things off of it. I replaced all the needed parts for very little. Works great. It did a lot of leaking when I first used it but works great

Without a doubt the worst sprayer I have ever owned. 1 year and throw it away. Multiple parts break every year and Tractor Supply is incredibly bad at keeping spare parts for this very unreliable implement.

The 60 gallon did have the 3 nozzle booms . So I bought the 40 gallon .

Works as advertised, the package with straight fittings for the pump and I had to change it to 90deg fittings

When I purchased this the PTO coupler was missing one of the three internal balls that secure the coupler to the PTO. Fimco quickly sent out two replacement balls. After I was able to safely attach the sprayer to my PRO shaft, I filled the sprayer with water and started chasing leaks. Nearly every connection had to be tightened down to keep it from leaking. There was one pinhole in the bottom of the reservoir. I contacted Fimco again and the last contact that I had with them, they are sending a replacement reservoir. I did not even have to ask. In the meantime, I plugged the pinhole with a mushroom head screw to keep the chemicals from leaking everywhere. This allowed me to use the sprayer for the first time. Overall the sprayer worked great but right before I finished the job, the feeder hose to the wand shot off. The hose clamp would not tighten down enough to keep the hose on the barb while under pressure. I will replace the original hose clamp with a more durable clamp or two of the regular clamps. Overall I am pleased with the sprayer. The downside has been chasing everything going wrong with it, just to get it running for the very first time. I would not say that this sprayer is plug and play, will definitely have to do a little maintenance on it just to get it running for the first time. I recommend thoroughly testing the unit with fresh clean water prior to adding any chemicals.

Great sprayer for the money. Boomless has drift issues above 7 mph. If you use forks to move it you can break the strainer which I have done

Love this sprayer, the PTO driven roller pump is 5X faster & more powerful the a small DC pump. Cuts my spraying times by 2/3. Way more convenient in the 3 point connections on my tractor. Extremely happy with my purchase!

Works great for my small farm use

I run a lot of ag equipment and cannot overstate what a piece of junk this sprayer is. Any positive review must come from someone who doesn’t know any better. Every component on it is of the worst quality. The end of the boom blew off as soon as the I engaged the PTO. The coupler for the roller pump had cheap plastic balls that easily popped out instead of metal balls and would not engage without maximum effort. The assembly is the least intuitive and contains the least guidance of any I’ve seen. Even the individual fittings are of flimsier plastic than I’ve encountered. The “torque chain” is the same cheap material as what you see on a toddler’s swing set. I could crush the flimsy pressure gauge with a mild squeeze of one hand.

This sprayer met all the requirements I have...good size, PTO powered pump and a hand sprayer. When I first hooked it up and filled with water to test, it leaked all over the place at the nozzles. After wasting time with this, I found the collars were installed backwards (from the factory I assume) so once I fixed that the sprayer worked great. So I added my chemicals and started spraying. About a minute into spraying, it just stopped. I checked everything and nothing looked out of place so I checked the filter and found it was clogged with what looked like wet paper pieces (how did that get in there???). I cleaned out the filter and tried again. Same thing...spray for a few seconds then nothing. Checked the filter again and you guessed it...clogged with more paper. I repeated this process a few more times and then finally the valve clogged and I could not get it cleared so I had to remove the plumbing. Of course the cheap valve broke as did the hose fittings on the filter housing so off to the hardware store to spend more time and money to get this thing working. I let the tank flow into a bucket for a few seconds so I installed all the new hardware and started spraying. More clogs again. So I repeated the process and the now the hose is clogged with paper so I will have to disconnect everything, empty the reservoir and clean it all out. After spending time and money on hardware and wasted chemicals I still do not have a functioning sprayer.

The only thing wrong with this implement . The pressure could be a little stronger. Other than that no problems with durability of equipment. I'd by another one.

Sprayer was easy to assemble and install. It also works well as a counter balance when doing loader work. I would recommend this sprayer for anyone with 5 or 10 acres to maintain. The hand held sprayer works well for spaying fence lines or apple trees.
