Fimco 40 gal. Top Mount White Tank

The tank worked great till it started leaking, again. It first started leaking from the bottom and I patched it jewels, now the side has cracked. It’s stored in the barn covered with a tarp. Not very good plastic. And of course it’s out of warranty.

I initially rated this product one star because of a split seam in the tank. However, there simply aren't enough stars to properly recognize how outstanding FIMCO was in handling the situation. After seeing my review, they reached out and responded immediately. Without me even asking, they offered to replace the tank. As it turned out, the product was several years beyond the warranty period, yet they still stood behind it. My point is this: products can fail, but great companies choose to turn those failures into opportunities to demonstrate exceptional customer service. That is exactly what Dan and the team at FIMCO Industries did. I would feel completely confident purchasing any of their products in the future. Their actions showed integrity, and I believe that commitment to doing the right thing, and then going above and beyond, is part of their company culture. Well done, FIMCO Industries! You've earned a loyal customer.

I used my sprayer once two years ago. Cleaned it and stored inside my pole barn. Pulled it off the shelf to use to spray some vegetation killer and it was leaking out of the seam going down the side. The seam split 6“ starting about 5” from the bottom. it didn’t leak until It hit the split unfortunately, the chemicals were in it. What a mess! Of course, It is no longer under warranty even though it was used once and like new.
