- A: Fiebing's Liquid Glycerine Saddle Soap will not remove pinholes. If a piece of leather has been scratched or punctured, there isn’t any product that would repair that completely. That said, if the holes are small enough, application of Fiebing's Liquid Glycerine Saddle Soap may soften the leather enough to allow fibers to fill that space. That would only be possible on very small holes.5 years agoHelpful?

Used on 2 old recliners with great results.

I have two recliners in the living room. We just ordered a Restoration Hardware Kensington Sofa in cigar brown
leather. The recliners will be on both sides of the sofa. One of them is also in the Chesterfield Tufted Leather.
The recliners are a few years old so I wanted them to look as good as possible.
Fiebing's Liquid Glycerine Saddle Soap was applied with a sponge so that it was even. It was allowed to dry,
and in the morning it was buffed with an old T-shirt. I was amazed at how it looked. it does not look new,
but it appears like a new distressed leather sofa.
Our sofa will be here in a couple weeks. I will use the Fiebing's Liquid Glycerine Saddle Soap on them again
a couple days before the sofa arrives. I could not be more excited about how the chairs came out.
Yes, I recommend this product.
