Bad design, came missing parts, no instructions on how to operate and you would think you could connect a hose to the top water inlet to fill up but that just shoots water straight out the bottom inlet. I was hoping to put this on a timer but there is no way to make that work for an auto fill situation. Waste of money.

The screw on top can be difficult to remove.

This waterer is horrible. Pours out the bottom as fast as I'm trying to fill it. Doesn't hold water at all, very poor design. Would not recommend unless you plan on just having your hose on constantly. Waste of $50

This is terrible quality and cannot do what it says it's can. It flooded my chicken coop in one minute because it does no hold water. Its a terrible design. Stick with the metal waterers.

It is large and heavy when full. I use another container to fill it. Make sure you place the cap on the lower opening when you open the top.... or else the water will continue to flow out! You should only make that mistake once! Easy to clean and easy to use otherwise!

The product is good. I did this item for pickup and they gave me one with no plug so that sucks especially holding my finger there in this cold weather. The product itself is good though we have 25 birds and it keeps them watered for 3 days without refilling, which helps if we have to leave for a weekend.

I love this waterer; I already had one and needed an additional one. Unfortunately, when FedEx delivered it, the box was terribly beat up and ripped. The red bottom of the waterer was bent, but I'm hoping by leaving it outside in the humidity it will reshape.

Don’t waste your money! The lid seizes on after a few uses. We have always used Vaseline to avoid this but it doesn’t help. It takes 2 grown men to get the lid off. While that adventure is going on the plastic container is so flimsy that the sides pop in. There isn’t any where to get a good grip on this thing either. After WEEKS of email correspondence (because they don’t call back) with the company, they FINALLY sent out a new lid. 3rd use it won’t come off. This thing is useless. Customer service is a nightmare and doesn’t really exist either! Go buy Little Giant. They last forever & the company is fantastic!

love this water container for feeding our chickens. holds lots of water and will not rust. Just make sure you clean it out from time to time so the water does not get moldy.

I like the waterer but for some reason it builds up algae much quicker than my other waterer does.

I love this extra large top fill waterer. My new flock of 25 pullets are drinking more everyday and it's not even hot weather yet. Now I don't worry about them running out of water when I'm late getting chores done.

This water fountain has enabled me to get rid of all the other small ones that constantly spilled, got nasty almost immediately and never provided sufficient water. And I only have 3 little hens! Do take it upon yourselves to read the reviews about how it works correctly and take advantage of calling the company for help if needed.

Not great. The lid seems to be a big problem from what I have seen on reviews and my personal experience, except my personal experience was not the same problem as what I've seen online. I read a letter reviews and saw some of them were having issues with the lid ceiling properly so all the water was coming out. Well I didn't have that problem The water stayed in and did exactly what it was supposed to do. My problem was that I couldn't get the lid back off to refill it. No I did read the directions that said put some vegetable oil on the threads in the cap which I did I tightened it down but not too tight just to where it got snug hung it up it worked great. Then when it was time to refill it I couldn't unscrew the lid I ran it under hot water I had my son hold one half while I turn the other half using in 18-in board stuck in the cap for some more leverage couldn't get it off. Took it back to the store they couldn't get it off so I swapped out for something different. I like the idea it's very well made maybe two well made if they fix the problem I will definitely get one but it seems the lid is a problem in more than one way.

Works great! Lasted our girls over Ten days per filling with 13 chickens! A little difficult to figure out correct tightness on seal but after that it is great!
