This Exaco Modena Urn Planter has a raised "cross" design. This decorative planter is made from a new material, which is lightweight but very durable. These are easy to move around, even when full. The material has been tested to withstand down to -11 degrees Fahrenheit, so the garden planter can handle the cold.Note: This product may require up to 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

Q: I have been searching for a beautiful planter. Hoping this is the one. I love the design! It's the perfect size. Need a darker color for my home so it does not blend in & get lost. Can the outside be painted darker? If so, what type paint?

- A: Lindy, yes they can be painted, but honestly we are not sure ourselves which paint might work the best. You may want to experiment a little. You could do it on the bottom part of the pedestal. Nice fairly heavy plastic planter. The base screws into the pot, and there is one hole in each for drainage. I like it!
