We have only used the heater twice. It is easy to use and snuff out. It puts out a good amount of heat and looks nice when in use and not being used.

nice looking heater very well built, but doesent put out a lot of heat . i have a upright heater like on box it compares to. it puts out way more heat. very disappointed !!

Great fire place

Wife bought this for me a a Birthday gift. It’s a great looking unit, beautiful to look at. Problem is it produces very little heat. In addition, it started to rust already. I’ve had it since December 2025. I stopped that by using high heat rust-oleum paint.

We love the heater as its supposed to function, that part is amazing. We have only ran fuel pelts from tsc in it since we bought it in November of 2025, for the price it was very hard to pass up. If you can get a floor model assembled do it! Putting this together is not a fun project, you do have to pretty much have to stand right against it for heat as it exhaust from the top. The glass soots up quickly but wipes clean with ease. Now for the negative. We have used this out doors and in our large shop, when its not in use and cool its stored in the shop. But the top and stack are already rusting. Its never been left in the rain. So disappointed in how quickly that happen.

Drove up to the store just had to have it. Had been considering getting one then there it was in the parking lot, bought it and had delivered the same day. It is doing a great job on the porch.

Great product, fun for a chilly evening

So far I am not real impressed with the output of heat. I'm not sure if the 70k btu is accurate and the feed for pellets isn't great. It seems like you have to watch the fire the entire time and mess with the feed or it will get stuck and burn out. Poor design for the pellet feed. I wouldn't buy this one again.

It heats quickly and with the self feeding for pellets, it a great addition to keep you warm on cool nights.

Just got this heater and it doesn't put out much heat at all. The fire setting doesn't work worth a darn on low the fire is boiling out the top of the stack and burns a 25lb sack of pellets in about 2 hpurs. I don't recommend this for anyone seems like a fire hazard not being able to control the fire better than what it does.

Not as hot as I thought it would be pellets get jammed in the shoot at times I give it a 3 it gets up to 500 degrees when it’s working right

I’ve used the chimnea about 4 times and am very happy with it. Only thing to watch out for is to make sure the hopper door is closed well and no pellets are left on the chite…i had an issue with the pellets starting to burn inside the hopper

Incredible outdoor pellet stove. Very cozy for cool evenings

Very nice pellet fireplace, assembly was simple and took less then an hour. Simple to use, easy to light with the use of starter gel. Only reason for not giving 5 stars most of the heat goes right out the top have to be within 2 feet to feel heat amd at that distance very little heat. Overall still enjoy it very nice to keep you warm on a 50 and above degree night.

great pellet stove for deck, if your sitting close and it's not too cold, it keeps you very warm, but the pellet fire is wonderful to look at, wish I bought one years ago

Did not generate enough heat

Product guide states that chiminea must stay covered when not in use, but does not provide the cover. The unit will rust, even with a cover. The worst part is that the one year limited warranty does not cover any rust damage. Even Embers / Boltz Group - Please include a cover with the unit and warranty against rust if covered for up to 2 years. The current situation does not instill trust in the product.

This is a great addition to the yard and patio. We love the look and heat off of it.

We love the Pellet Chiminea. We also got the cover which fits the chiminea perfectly. I really wanted to give the rating a 4 because it did not come with the cover. Tractor Supply should add $25 to the price and include the cover as it is a must have.

Doesnt put out hardly any heat

Just purchased this from our local Tractor Supply and so far we are very impressed. Beyond the beauty of the design, this stove actually puts out a generous amount of heat when it has been burning for a sufficient amount of time. I am using the word "sufficient" because I know some of the complaints about heat proficiency are based on the possibility that the person operating the stove has not allowed a sufficient amount of time to pass for the heater to actually heat up. This is not a electric stove, no blower, no auto heat, but it puts out a decent amount of heat that can be felt within the range stated by the manufacturer, 4 to 6ft after burning for about 15 minutes. I think that is pretty good for a stove that is not running on anything but pellet fuel. The fact that it looks AMAZING and has three sides to put fannies up next to on a cold winters night only adds to the attraction. And did I mention how nice it is not to be constantly dodging the smoke trail a regular wood burning stove puts out? We purchased this fully assembled by Tractor Supply employees. My daughter and I unloaded it from the truck. I am a just shy of 69 year old female and could handle my side, so it is manageable as far as moving it, although it seems sturdy enough not to just blow over in a wind event. We moved it on the deck after my husband arrived home and he determined it was safe enough to be on the mat there without causing damages. The feet do not heat up to the point where I think it would cause issues although there is a disclaimer about that in the manual that came with the item. At any rate, I love this stove and I love our Tractor Supply store, where we have found all sorts of great finds. The fact that they had already assembled our heater was a huge plus. Brought it right home and cured it first, which takes a bit of time, but not so much that you can't use it within the same day.We fired it up right afterward and had our first cups of cocoa for the season with the perfect ambiance to welcome home Fall. Get one while you can. I can picture these going on backorder. This is a great patio heater and I imagine with the proper care and attention, it should last more than a few seasons.

Received my chiminea after a few days of confusion. The store had 3, but mine had to be shipped. Arrived at the store and I had to pick. Got it home and opened the box then boom. Missed screws and the parts card. I have not been able to assemble the chiminea in almost 2wks.

Works great, looks good but doesn't throw heat as advertised

We love the convenience of the pellet chimnea, no real smoke smell, etc but the quality is junk. We out it together two months ago and it already is rusting away even though we keep it covered

Had the even embers chiminea for about a month! We used it about 12 times and love it! Easy Doesn’t smoke unless u smoother it, then that last about a min and back being awesome! I would recommend this to outdoor people! 40lb bag last awhile! Puts off a good amount of heat and looks awesome

works great and is pretty good quality. mine had a couple chips in the paint and if not touched up will rust.

Well built. Easy to load, great addition to your backyard. You get the ambience and heat without everyone smelling smoky around a regular firepit. Plus, pellet wood is much easier to store than cords of logs. Great addition to any back yard or patio.
