Fire hazard.

I clean the grease tray and cup after every use,also scrap off the grates. Yesterday ( Fathers day) while cooking steaks on medium heat, the grill went up in flames as i was standing there. I had to pull it further away from the house and extinguish the fire. Fathers Day dinner ruined. Thankfully it was only dinner.

Doubtful quality

Haven't even fired it up yet and I have doubts just based on assembly. Very weak hardware (stripped two screws and broke the head off another), somewhat thinner material (as others have noted), incomplete assembly instructions. Bought as a "deal" on sale...but how good of a deal is it if the thing doesn't last long?
