Product Damaged in Box

Both the hood and firebox had damage when I opened the box. While attempting to assemble (The only reason this is a 3 is because the directions are easy to follow) the front legs, 6 of the 14 bolts stripped and could not be loosened. Although the US vendor, fairgamesus.com said to contact them for missing parts, they said they do not stock the firebox and only offered to replace one leg. I was highly disappointed as I researched this griddle and was looking forward to using it. (The griddle part itself is very sturdy and appears to be well made, the integrity only has to do with the box, legs, and hood.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I assume the grill is great, but with non-stop rain, it's not hooked up yet! The issue I do have is that I set up delivery for Thursday, when I would be home. Instead it was delivered on Tuesday. When I got home that night, it was sitting at my front door. 7pm, in the dark, this 72 year old widow had to drag this beast around the house, through the wet lawn, getting stuck repeatedly, nearly falling down. Ultimately left in the back yard, in the rain, as I could get not get it up on the deck by myself. I was was furious with Tractor Supply for NOT delivering on the day I requested!!!

I was so surprised to get to trial this Even Embers Griddle Grille for Influenster! It’s a solid, heavy duty piece of equipment, great for bbqing aficionados. First thing, do not underestimate the weight of this thing! It is solid. It has a nice black powder coated finish and looks very easy to keep clean and tidy. The grill top is flat as a griddle and the heating element is easy to access and manage. It is a reasonable price and not too out of touch like so may of the trendy brands are. It focuses on being a solid griddle, without all the extra fuss. I like it as a stand alone as well as an accompanying piece to a regular/standard grill. You can do so much with this, like smash burgers, fried rice, omelets, pancakes, hotdogs… the list goes on. As it warms up, I look forward to being able to use it more and test more of its versatility!

First time owning an outdoor griddle. We were expecting 7 family members down day after Christmas. They all have a Blackstone 4 burner. I didn't want to invest in a Blackstone griddle, didn't know if we would use it enough after they left. Boy! Do I love this thing! Easy to use and a quick clean up! It took me 2 1/2 hours to put it together, 55 year old female. My brother said compared to the Blackstone it cooled very well. After company left, I use it several times a week. It is a game changer.

The Even Embers 3 burner griddle is easy to assemble. The design is sleek, doesn’t take up much space, but also leave enough room for you to put your condiments and utensils. The iron sheet is very heavy. The food turned out to be great, hot and sizzling!

Cooking on this grill surface is a real treat. The setup went by quickly with the easy assembly directions. My husband really loves the electric ignition and said the maintenance will be nice. Our smashburgers were absolutely perfect!
