Not roomy in the toe like you'd think

This is a nice shoe. I need a wide toe box in my shoes. These seem to fit the bill. However, upon closer inspection of the photo you will notice that the toe of the shoe converges down. So it's wide but it loses space in the top that makes it fit short/smaller than it should for its size. I even tried the next larger size, but still won't work for me. Be warned if you like a roomy toe box.

These are very well-built shoes. Very comfortable on the feet. Unfortunately, I have wide feet so I had to get a size larger and a size wider.

Don't hesitate to order on line the first pair I ordered were too small so I returned them to my local store on a Tuesday and reordered a larger size. The replacement arrived at my front door on Thursday. These USA built shoes are well made, comfortable and with TSs superior customer service not the last ones I'll order.
