The three easy-to-clean, porcelain-enameled, cast iron cooking grates included with the grill retain heat to sear foods and lock in natural juices. These grates can slide aside when coal access is necessary and provide 576 sq. in. of primary cooking space, large enough to grill up to 30 hamburgers.
