The milk replacer provides balanced nutrition and ensures your animals get the proper vitamins and minerals needed for a happy, healthy life. Add 12 ounces (3- enclosed scoops) into 2 quarts of warm water until completely dissolved. Feed twice daily from day 2 to weaning. This mixing rate will result in 2.3 quarts of milk replacer solution. Cool the milk replacer solution to body temperature (102-105F) before feeding. Feed 2.3 quarts (fill 2-quart bottle to the rim) of milk replacer solution twice daily per calf. Adjust feeding rates for small calves. Important: Evaluate each calf's needs individually. Adjust the amounts fed according to the calf's body weight and the environmental conditions. Consult with your nutritionist or veterinarian if you have questions.
Healthy calves can be weaned from milk replacer if they grow well and consume 2-3 lbs. of grain daily. Milk replacer-fed calves are generally weaned between 8-12 weeks of age. To help prevent weaning challenges, begin feeding calf starter feed at one week of age. Offer starter feed free-choice and replace daily. Increase the amount fed as consumption increases.

I was a sceptic when tractor supply came to the area. I have been going to a different farm and feed store for years getting the supplies I need to run the ranch I have. I gave tractor supply a chance and am so glad I did. The customer service, selection and knowledge of the associates, far exceeds the other brands performance. I will always price and quality shop but so far tractor supply is not only the winner a majority of the time it is 100% the right choice.
