Feed DuMOR Complete Duck Crumbles to ducks from hatch to adulthood. It is generally recommended to give young ducks free access to feed, allowing them to consume all they want. This product is also suitable for non-laying adult ducks. Adult ducks may need to be limit-fed to avoid obesity and maintain appropriate body condition. For flocks with laying ducks, feed DuMOR Oyster Shell to layers free choice in a separate feeder in addition to DuMOR Complete Duck Crumbles.

Duck crumbles are made with niacin and protein amounts that are not the ideal range for chicks. If you have drakes DO NOT USE THIS FEED BEYOND 2 WEEKS! This feed has too much protein for drakes. I'm new to ducks so I bought what I was told would work for my ducks. I have welsh harlequins. My hens seem to be fine but my drake is showing signs of niacin deficiency so I started to do some research. That is when I learned that after 2 weeks, they should be fed something that is around 16% protein. Hens can tolerate a higher protein, but even 22% is too high for them. This high protein content causes them to grow at a rate that their bodies cannot keep up with. I really hope my drake can recover from this because if he dies, my kids are going to be devastated and we cannot get another as it will be too young to mix with our others that are now 5 weeks old. If he survives and has permanent side effects, he cannot be used for breeding either which is a disappointment. Of course I just restocked our supplies and now have 3 bags that I cannot use. This is incredibly disappointing and feels negligent. The bag indicates that this is to be used for all stages of duck growth, but it is clearly not. I wish I knew this before putting my boy at risk. I trusted Tractor Supply and they let me down.

My ducks really love these Dumor crumbles and have all grown healthy and happy on it, I’m giving the 4 star review because last online order one of the two bags arrived ripped and although someone had tried to stop the leakage with sticky tape it wasn’t properly sealed and leaked throughout the box apart from that am happy with the quality of the product

Two wild Mallard ducks decided to take up residence in our backyard this Spring. We had no idea how to feed them, and as I was looking up "duck food" on the Internet, I came across DuMOR 22% Crumbled Duck Feed. Needs niacin

First time duck owners but we knew they would need niacin. This product claims to have niacin, but after they were a week old they were having trouble walking. They were growing well, but stumbling like drunken sailors. We bought another brand from a well known company and mixed it with the Dumor brand, and a day later the ducks were standing easily and running around, solid on their feet. They also seem to be growing faster. Mixing really seems to work well. I haven't tried the other brand by itself, but the dicks are happy and walking well with it mixed so I'll stick with success.

2 ducklings purchased by my son in Lockhart Texas at the TSC. Employee spoke of feed and my son chose Dumor Starter feed. Now they have gown quickly in 1.5 months and have began on crumble. The ducks have enjoyed the food but will eat all day if not limited.

3 species of ducks come to us daily and we love them. Momma Muskovee (sp?) has managed to raise 8 beautiful babies this year. Such a good momma. She brings her little ones to us everyday and loves this duck feed. So much better for them than just seed. We also feed the mallards and black bellied whistlers. The whistlers also brought us 12 young ones just this week. This stuff is great. Its worth the trip out of my way to Tractor Supply to give them the proper nutrition. Based on all the healthy juveniles this year, this feed is doing a great job.
