Have used this now 3 winters now and has NEVER given us any trouble. Always starts after a few seconds of lighting the pilot.

Do not recommend didn't last a year.

I bought this a year ago to replace a Mr Buddy heater because this one offered better features and more heat. It worked okay until the end of last winter in the garage. This year got it out and it stays on for 10 minutes max before shutting off. Sometimes the pilot light is difficult to get going. For the price the unit should be more functional than this. Wouldn't recommend as a heating solution as it doesn't seem reliable. And now has stopped working.

No, I do not recommend this product.

features are great if they work

I have owned this heater for a little over a year. A plug came loose from the control board. When this happened the contacts pulled out of the board. Now I need a replacement control board. I am having no luck finding one.
