The instructional guide and quick start guide that accompanied the machine is very detailed and helpfull. I am still navigating the machine to create our perfect brew. We are almost there! The machine itself is simple to operate. All im all, we love it👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is a solid Machine

Out of the box it isn't ready for your taste. You have to play with the controls and eventually you'll get your perfect cup. I love it and hope it last a long time. I am converting over from the Phillips Latte Go and I love this machine more.

Not as faultless as previous models

The milk carafe has undergone another adjustment That makes the button on the side of the carafe necessary to both insert the top into the carafe And insert it into the machine; there is a danger the carafe top can fall off as you insert it into the machine while pressing the button! The previous design where you just locked the top by turning it worked just fine. . Also it still has a milk sensor that they added in a previous model and means it does not see skim milk; this was an unnecessary fix and darn annoying! I can SEE if there is milk in the carafe ; the sensor is a nuisance!! They keep inventing fixes to problems that don’t exist and these become annoying. I am a big fan of delonghi but they need some common sense.
