Not a great item

I’ve had this for a couple of weeks and I’ve only used the toaster function so far. The toaster function takes forever and barely toasts. Not at all impressed.

Replacement for another air fryer that died.

I was worried that the temperature would be too high for on the counter but it was fine. Everything works well, took some getting used to the toaster settings. The only thing that's an issue is the crumbs collect on the bottom inside of the glass door and is a little hard to get out.

Regrettable purchase

I bought this a couple of months ago and am sorry I did. The oven burns food on top before it's cooked through, even when the temperature is set 50-75 degrees lower than recommended. Conversely, it takes two toast cycles on "dark" to toast an English muffin. The air fryer is adequate. This replaced a 20-year-old Cuisinart toaster oven that I loved, but finally began to fail. Because the bake cycle is unreliable, I rarely use this expensive appliance.

For more even baking results, try positioning food on a lower rack, reducing the temperature by 25°F instead of 50-75°F, preheating the unit fully, and ensuring the crumb tray and interior are clean, as buildup can affect cooking performance; for toasting English muffins, adjusting the rack position and splitting them evenly may also help improve browning. Easy to use!

I bought this to replace my Instacart air fryer. That one had push buttons with exact temperature times that this one does not. I don’t mind guessing with the dials! Also the preheat is very quick, and the toaster is really good works quickly. The Instacart took a long time to preheat and I often had to use the toast function twice. Overall it’s a good size and is easy to use and works well for what I want.
