This is my first time transitioning from teflon to stainless steel. So far it has come to getting use to it by cooking on low fire and making sure we take care of the pots as soon as we use them.

I have a set of these pots. I bought them about 3 Christmas' ago. I love them and I'm so pleased, I am going to purchase two more sets. One will go to my daughter. I love consistency of sturdiness and the level of heat range.
