if i can use it--anyone can! im a short 56 yr old female with health problems and i could do the fencesby my self. hardest part for me is lifting the center bar up high enough to fish it thru the top of the role--im only 5'. onec i figured that out it was pretty simple, the strecher is on my tractor, when i got the hight i wanted i raised the hitch to the level i wanted and roled out about 50 ' at a time (i shut of the tractor so the boom stayed up till i nailed it) than started up again ane did more. last sec is a little hard because its hard to get the tractor close to the fence. one thing id say would improve thre design would be --have the fence feed out to the sides instead of center of the 2 wheels--that way the fencing could get closer to the fence. the big screws do bend pretty easy so when u take it off the tractor be carful not to lay it on the screws. still a great product--wish they had it years ago when i was putting up miles of fence!

No!!!

First off I want to start off by saying I did end up getting this product for free!! I order and waited 3 weeks for the implement, when it came in I was excited because I really needed it. Once getting it home I notice they welded one of the brackets on backwards making it unusable. Tarter customer service was great, and after some back and forth gave me a full refund and told me to use theonet to get it fixed. I fixed it and started to use it. I put up about a mile of wire field fence. Total piece of garbage , all 3 nuts stripped out in the first few hours of use, I ended up using c clamps to stretch the wire. Everything thing about it is garbage. Just really really bad quality. Says made in USA on the side... I expected more. I have literally never left a product review before, and I ended up getting it for free!! Still complete garbage!! This is literally the one review I have ever left

Poor Quality

Upon using this the first time, the bolts that tighten the swing arm were very difficult to thread into the welded bolts on the frame. The welds on the nuts were poor to begin with, then the bolt sheared off because what i believe is the nut warped due to the welding. They could've used better quality nuts and tightening bolt knowing this was going to get a lot of use.
