Poor packing means rusty parts

Poor plastic packaging means any amount of time spent outside in the storage yard will lead to rusty hardware. TSC won’t make it right nor will CountyLine. The TSC manager essentially said “what do you expect for something stored outside”. CountyLine won’t warranty it because of how TSC stored it nor do they have part numbers since it’s common hardware. TSC’s response is you’ll have to pay for new hardware. Sad to see others have had the same experience.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Took two but I'm getting there!

I did this with the by online pickup in store to get the 10% off - which was significant savings. The first one, however was in terrible condition. Had an oil leak in the side gear box. Fortunately, the good folks at a different store swapped it for me (I'd not even taken it off the trailer). Huge a appreciation to the Gaffney store for doing this and making it painless. These are stored outside so they are exposed to the elements. While this one was in exponentially better shape, the top link pin and several bolts were severely rusted. I'm going to see if I can get support to replace them for me with minimal grief and I'll update this review if successful. Highly recommend thoroughly inspecting this if you decide to buy it, to save yourself some running around. Overall, this seems to be a very sturdy unit.
