Q&As

Q: Recommended weight limit of rider

1 Answer
  • A: The manufacturer does not state an official rider weight limit for the CountyLine 18 in. High-Back Tractor Seat.Because this is a static, bolt-on replacement pan seat without a built-in mechanical suspension system, its weight capacity depends entirely on the strength and condition of the existing factory seat springs or suspension brackets on your tractor. If you are looking for a seat that specifies an exact operator weight capacity (such as an adjustable weight-suspension seat accommodating 110 to 265 lbs), you may want to look at the CountyLine 20.5 in. Q: Is this seat compatible with the J Deere 2210 utility tractor?

1 Answer
  • A: Our Universal seats fit a wide variety of applications. In order to best determine fit on a specific application, you will need to measure the bolt pattern on your machine, (Width X Depth), to see if it matches the available bolt patterns on the 143000BK-CNL. Regarding bolt patterns they are available on the back of the box. In addition bolt patterns are pictured on the TSC website under the desired part number. The bolt thread size for this seat is 5/16” UNC. Length of the bolt needed will be determined by the thickness of material, for a particular application, that the bolt would go through before threading into the seat. One should allow for 1/2”-3/4” of thread into the seat.”

Honest review from a broke guy!

Ok, mind you this is my opinion and mine alone and only after day 1, but I do give it 1 star only because it did fit my Kubota mx5200 on 4 out of the 6 bolts which is more than any other seat TSC offered… but here we go! If you enjoy sitting on a concrete park bench thinking about driving a tractor then you will probably enjoy this seat, but as a middle aged man I can see hemorrhoid issues in my near future with more than an hour use on this seat, my 20 yr old son said he preferred the factory seat with the busted seat… maybe with time it will soften up? IDK? Also mine didn’t have bolts so we tried to use the Kubota ones and stripped out 3 of the 4 so it’s also a little loose but I’m not going to be that guy and return it! So stay tuned for a 6 month review but currently I regret not spending the $550 for a new factory replacement, it’s looks great but super uncomfortable!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Great product, adaptable for any lawnmower or tractor, easy to assemble. Tractor C Supply employees was super on presenting product and installation instructions. Seat was actually $600 less than the factory seat of original mower. Great job Tractor Supply!
