Healthy chicks- sent 2 extra

I had never ordered chick's before, but kind of knew what to expect because of google, & asking people in general, but i was freaking out, sometimes people receive unhealthy or dead chicks etc... that wasn't my experience at all, I ordered these guys on Friday, they only ship Monday thru Wednesday, they shipped Thursday?, they were supposed to be at my post office Saturday & I happened to check my mail Friday! They arrived! My post office contacted me, i didnt get the call for what ever reason... so I went there as quickly as possible to pick them up. I arrived 10 min. Before closing and heard them all chirping awwwww! Did a chick count to make sure we had 10 healthy chicks... yes ... PLUS they sent 2 extra just incase... oh lord have mercy.. that was wonderful & all but I only wanted 3-4 egg layers to begin with & figured I'd split these guys with my parents since I had to buy 10 at a time .. now there's 12! No complaints here! All healthy by the time I got home with them it was 7pm (had to go to tractor supply & get food + electrolyte for water) .. & all seemed fine, but started to be sluggish, got food water and heat on them , had to hand feed a couple of them some water , and they perked right back up (they would surely not have made it much longer thank God they arrived quick would have lost a few). Moral of story, get them as soon as they come in to post office & make sure you put some electrolyte's in the water. Conclusion: fast shipping, healthy chicks, yes I'd buy again, they sent 2 extra. Happy customer.

Too many sick chicks

When I went and picked them up at the post office I could tell some of then looked not well. After I brought him home and put them in the cage and gave him the water I’ve been dealing with checks for 48 years and someone kept turning her head up I mean looking up and I figured it was just because they were in a shell that way when they hatched but the first night for them died and there was one that was like a quarter of the other size of the other ones and it died two days later so half of them died within four days. And you there’s no returns no get your money back so what I think they should do is pick out better checks that are going to actually live when I send them to you.

Beautiful baby chicks

The chicks arrived a little distressed. It appears they had to travel for a period of two days based on the dates on the box. One had a broken back and we lost three others. Probably due to the extended travel time without food or water. The remaining six chicks are doing well and are thriving. We have had them for almost two weeks, beautiful feathers are coming in and they are flapping around.

Baby chicks

We got our chickens and right out of the box one was sick and we tried to save her for four days but she couldn’t hold on anymore. And then we lost one another night out of nowhere, she was fine one minute and dead the next. Not sure what was wrong with either of them but we only have 8 left, which they are all doing really good so I’m happy about that. I heard that there is only a 2 day warranty so I wasn’t even able to get the warranty for the two we lost because it was already passed the two days.

Yes, I recommend this product.
