Commonly known as Ebbing's Silverberry, the National Plant Network 2.5 qt. Potted White Eleagnus Bush features leathery, elliptical leaves that emerge silver before maturing to a lustrous dark green with silvery-gray undersides. Clusters of fragrant, bell-shaped flowers open on the delicate branches of these landscaping plants in late fall, followed by small orange-red fruits in spring. These garden plants adapt to a wide variety of soils and stand up to salt, wind and pests. Ideal for planting as a hedge, windbreak, privacy screen or barrier, these outdoor plants adapt well to pruning and make an excellent choice for mixed borders and foundations.
