In the event that the insert needs warranty work done we would arrange one of our nearby dealerships to pay a visit to the home. Comfortbilt HP22I pellet stove fireplace insert

Purchased this insert to use as supplemental heat for my medium sized log home. I did the install myself. It went smoothly. The most difficult part was installing the required chimney liner. I rented a boom lift since my chimney was 25 feet high.
Pellet stove has been runing great for 3 days now with zero issues. I set the mode to temperature and set the temp to 69 degrees. At this setting I'm running 1.5 days on one 40lb bag. The insert has kept a steady heat and the home furnace hasn't turned on yet. I would definitely recommend the ComfortBilt hp22i insert. As for durability, I've not had it long enough so we shall see, but the reviews are good. There are a lot of helpful youtube videos and a Facebook support group.

Better than we expected!

I’m only giving this a 4 because we had trouble finding piping that would attach to our existing pipe. Tractor Supply did not carry what we needed. As far as the stove itself. So far so good. Easy to setup and easy to operate. Our house is 1260 sq ft, and it practically runs us out of the house.
