Dead battery and flat tire

Tried not to believe other reviews but happened to me. Didn’t know the ATV would come with flat tire tires was told it does because of shipping space. Also, the battery is not functioning. I have a case with Coleman let’s see what happens.

Delivered on the fourth damage then put together got a phone call will not start. Today is the 10th still haven’t heard anything. Kind a hard to give a review.
