This wheel kit has replaced wheel kit model C40065 and is only compatible with Champion generators manufactured after January 2013 and is not compatible with generators made by other manufacturers. I purchased this 40065-wheel kit for my 200978 Champion open frame inverter generator, and it works great! It includes all the hardware you will need to install it on the Champion generators it is listed to be used with and is easy to install. The wheels are 8 inches in diameter and approx. 2 inches wide. The kit also includes a front support leg with rubber vibration mounts, and 2 different handles. You will ONLY USE ONE of the handles depending on the model of the Champion generator you have. Reading the instructions carefully, including the NOTICE boxes, will help avoid confusion, especially when installing the front support leg and determining which handle to use.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy the wheel kit, but I'm glad I finally did. It was very easy to install, and as I noted, it makes moving the generator incredibly easy! I've had the generator for a couple of years and have had to move it a few times. Now, it's a piece of cake to move it. Thanks, Champion!

Product looks good and sturdy but the instructions on how to put it together is terrible. Instructions need to be updated. It comes with 2 handles but doesn't tell you that you only need one and which one depends on the model number.

nowhere on box or instructions does it show how handle looks AFTER installation, instructions only show how to mount handle no.1 and only written instructions for other handle that make no sense. after some digging i found out that it only uses ONE handle. This fact should be made perfectly clear on instructions. the 1 star was for the instructions, otherwise the handle works okay

I got this after my daughter bought a generator from tractor supply. The generator is good and was supposed to be the right kind for this kit but I had to use a different bracket to get the handle on. And still not sure what the other handle is for. Still the wheels work and after I finally got everything on it works fine even though it was missing parts I got it to work with what I had

I purchased a model 40065 wheel kit to install on my model 100401 generator. Things went smoothly until time for the handles. Got the first on installed, but the second one said I needed an R clip. There wasn't one! After trying to figure it out, I called the phone number included. Waited for about ½ hour & a lady answered. Come to find out, it only used ONE handle. The second one is for another model.
