Ordered on 7/19. Was notified that I should receive it by 7/28. That day came and went. Was notified that it should arrive 8/2. That day also came and went. The app still shows this item in transit with no update. I contacted Tractor Supply who advised that the item is still on a truck and hopefully I should get it by 8/7.

Can’t review a product that we are still waiting to receive!! Was due a week ago to the store.

DON’T DO IT! Ordered 2 weeks ago and it never shipped, even though I got a shipping notice. And had I not called they would’ve kept on letting me watch for it. Offered to reorder with another 2 week shipping time. No thanks. WORST Experience.

Ordered a 9’ stock tank and received a tracking number, which stated it would arrive a week later. When the projected day of arrival came & I received no notification, I checked the tracking number again and it hadn’t even been picked up by the carrier. I called customer service to wait on hold for 50 minutes & when my call was finally answered I spent another 30 minutes while the representative tried getting in touch with the carrier. She ultimately came to the conclusion of “when she heard from the carrier she would email me the new projected delivery date. I never heard back from her. It is now 3 weeks after the initial order and I still haven’t received any email update or any word on where the tank is. I did however receive a “tell us about your experience” email from tractor supply, so here we are. Customer service is sub par to say the least, tractor supply do better.

Would love to tell you about it however it’s not yet been delivered and Tractor Supply doesn’t know where it is. Yet I’ve paid for it. And no product received

I purchased this poly tank on June 23, paid an extra $100 for store-to-store shipping. Tracking showed July 2, but it never arrived. I spoke with both stores and no one had any idea where the tank was - they just said, "you'll get an email when it's ready for pick up." Tracking date changed a few times, I'm assuming due to the July 4th holiday. As of today, July 8 - no tank, but just received this request for a review on a product I don't have.

This tub is fantastic. No need for coating. No rust issues. Extra-large. Solid easy to drill for fittings. Was kind of hard to transport at 9 feet in diameter. Think that out first.

Bought this for a stock tank pool and love it! Took a couple of weeks to come in, but so worth the wait! Mickala was so helpful and patient with me. Do not hesitate to buy this!

I am not a buyer yet, but I am interested in purchasing the 9’ 28” Poly Stock Tank but so many people have had delivery issues. Also I don’t want those Ribs on the bottom…No good for kids stubbing their toes as a couple people have mentioned…. I probably will buy one and hope for a smooth delivery as well as no reinforcement ribs on the bottom….I will have to call them….. Thanks for the reviews everyone…..frankie

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love this poly stock tank! It was delivered to the store right on time, the quality is excellent, and it made the perfect stock tank pool for our backyard. Durable, spacious, and exactly what we were looking for to beat the summer heat. Highly recommend!

This tank is solid and is perfect for what I was looking for. Brought home easily on car trailer and set it up as a pool. The ridges in the bottom are a bonus! (Maybe unless toddlers are running and playing in it). Happy with this purchase.

Adapting to the drain plug required a lot of Teflon tape to seal. Holds water and is a comfortable depth.

Ordered on the 8th of June still waiting for it to be delivered to the store after paying $100 freight/shipping charge.

Got the product as a “pool” for my family. Services at the pine bush, NY store was great from assisting, helping with delivery service and making my purchase, transaction and experience great from start to finish!

They lost it. It never showed and I had to call customer service and they had no idea where it went. They re-ordered it and it should be here next week. Ugh

Great thick poly pool!

I can’t review the product, but I can the shipping process! Ordered 5/14 and was supposed to arrive at store 5/26! I still have not received it! When I call about it no one can tell me where it is! But the money has been taken out of my account!

We are so happy with our stock tank pool!! TS team in Rural Hall were great!! Helped to load and very friendly.

We bought this to use as our first stock tank pool. I definitely like the 9 ft. size better than the 8 ft. Good quality. No complaints.

still waiting for it

When I ordered it, I received a email that it would be in within the week. 4 weeks later, still not in. It was supposed to be in way before Christmas. December 29th, I canceled the order. I bit disappointed, but hey, Life is short!!! Be happy. I might reorder it for next year, who knows!!! I still a Tractor supply guy!!! Maybe Tractor supply will give me a discount next time??
