The CatchMor Chipmunkinator Chipmunk Trap is a unique, one-of-a-kind, multi-catch chipmunk trap that can catch dozens of chipmunks in only a matter of hours! The chipmunk trap features an easy-open top lid to release the animals. The two-door entry system allows animals to enter the live chipmunk trap from either direction. Q: Our chipmunks are just pushing the trap door back up and escaping with no problem. Trap door springs are super weak. Should they be so easy to push up from inside?

Super awesome trap!

This trap worked like a super charm. I set the trap and ran some errands with the kids. When we got back, I checked in our basement and saw the little guy in the trap. I was sooooo happy because that terror was ripping out our insulation and brought fleas in our house. House got treated and we treated the pets. So happy it's gone! I will be using this every single time!!!

Didn’t work for me

I volunteer at my local nature center and they recommended this humane trap. They showed me their which was several years old and an effective way to catch chipmunks. The trap I purchase was much smaller and flimsier, shrinkflation for sure. Did not catch anything in several weeks trying different locations but was dragged around a lot by squirrels trying to get the bait

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the Chipmunkinator hasn’t worked as expected for you.
We did want to clarify one point: we have not reduced the size or construction of the Chipmunkinator, so this is not a case of “shrinkflation.” Based on your description, it’s possible the trap you were shown at the nature center was our Squirrelinator, which is a much larger trap designed for squirrels and can look quite similar in overall design.
The squirrel activity you’re seeing may also be contributing to the lack of chipmunk catches. Chipmunks tend to avoid an area when larger, more dominant squirrels are actively surrounding or disturbing the trap. If squirrels are dragging the trap around trying to reach the bait, we’d recommend securing the trap and experimenting with placement in an area where you’re seeing chipmunk activity but less squirrel traffic.

This trap is an epic failure, it didn’t catch a single chipmunk. They outsmarted the trap, stole the bait time & time again. This product is junk & I do not recommend anyone else waste their money on such a worthless item.

Excellent trap

These traps work great! I set it on concrete and place slices of apples and peanuts inside. I usually catch 4 to 6 a day and then relocate a few miles away in the woods. I have the same trap for ground squirrels and have caught hundreds. I highly recommend these traps.
