Absolutely garbage can’t handle 3900 lbs let alone 5500lbs , axles are bent, frames bent , wiring was a hack job , 9 month old trailer and wasted $4,000 on trash

For 3800 dollars I expected better quality than what I got. Paint smears and rust when picked up which was approximately 1 month from ordering. The wiring was pulled so tight, where I assume they were trying to save a couple inches of wire, that there were 2 wires already showing through the coating so it wont be long before I get a short. So for 3800 dollars I get to rewire it and do some painting before I will start using it!!!! It doesn’t take much to build a quality unit just some pride in your work!!!

I have owned this trailer for less than a year now. I have only used it a few times last year and now once this spring, sat all winter and not used. I had complaints since the day I bought it and customer service was horrible. Paint was chipped in several places and rubbed off from shipping damage, customer service offered to send me a can of spray paint.. The wiring for the lights I noticed were installed with scotch locks. When I asked customer service if these were damaged and repaired this way I was informed this is factory installation, Guess what...I am now repairing wiring on a trailer less than one year old. Deck boards are loose and I am having to install deck screws to hold them down, Factory installs their deck boards with nails? Who does this? Who does this is a company that doesn't care about quality, just making the initial sale. I do not recommend any trailer made by this manufacturer.

Purchased 14 foot dual axle trailer price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful!

I am going to give the trailer 5 stars only for the customer service from tractor supply and carry on. The good-great value for the money. If your not using it for daily use hauling heavy stuff it will work just fine. The ok- the paint is so so. If its sat at tractor supply in the weather for some time it will look faded but its a trailer and if your really worried about it, it can be rattle canned. The welds in some areas are marginal but its not a deal breaker. I redid a few just for peace of mind. Also...the wood decking is ok but it will work. The bad----the wiring. If you want it to last you will have to redo the wiring at some point. Dont take apart the wiring where it connects to the breakaway switch and battery box because its a rats nest of butt connectors. You will look at it and say....what happened here. Also i found the wiring to the street side of the trailer was pulled TIGHT in many areas....like really tight. I redid all the wiring to my satisfaction so it will last years. Also....the brakes didnt work. It was found that a wire came loose from a grease looking push in connector on the axle. I am really picky so I just redid everything. It gave me something to do. Back to the good and overall thoughts. When I realized the brakes did not work tractor supply and carry on were very responsive. Carryon reimbursed me for the cost to fix the brake wiring. Tractor supply said I could return it which i did not want to do. I had to drive 50 miles to get the trailer and I didnt want to drive again. For the money...the trailer is a great value. I read other reviews so I knew what I was getting into potentially. You have to realize your not spending 7K or 8K on a trailer so everything is not going to be perfect. Overall a great value and I would buy a carry on trailer again.

There was a quite a bit of rust on it, and the deck boards are all faded and twisted. Looks like I bought a used trailer for a new price.

Strong built trailer. Paint job does not have much to be desired. Trailer was not primered before painting. Purchased trailer 2 yrs ago. Milage not even 4oo miles. Trailer looks like it is 10 yrs old

The trailer arrived 2 month after I ordered it online, because it was not available at any local store. The trailer lacked basic safety options that should be available on the trailer. The paint on the trailer was poor quality causing it to be rusted in numerous places. Very cheaply made. Wiring not properly protected.

Trailer came with issues but Tractor Supply stood behind the issues no complaints would recommend it to anyone

Picked up trailer a month ago and still can’t register it because of a faulty title. Manager told me it was a 2” ball. Trailer became disconnected on my way home. Terrible experience

Works as it should all though the gate lock broke off on the way home no clue where it is the welds were very bad really made me wonder about the whole trailer, but it's been good.So far

Best deal out there for this quality of a utility trailer. Heavy duty to the hilt. And got a price way better than the stated price it was listed for.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Bought this trailer for lawn care and within the first month had to replace all 4 tires and within 5 months the rear angle iron posts welds had snapped. Absolutely cheap and terrible quality. Don’t waste your money!!! Buy something else for this price.

Great trailer for the price, ramp folks flat on deck giving more options to haul on top of rails.

Length is tight fit for a can am RS. Width has some room but not much so its like a perfect fit. Can am is stock its on 30 inch tires.

Excellent trailer for hauling my zero turn lawnmower, side by side and whatever other small to medium sized equipment. It rides well no wobble even in higher speeds, very well lit and practical

The paint on this trailer sucks. I don't think they even prime them. Bare metal from shipping also. Runs everywhere. I noticed when i got home that the wood shipping blocks weren't even removed. Glad I noticed them because one was almost rubbing the tire. Didn't come with tire jack or owners manual. I would not recommend do to terrible paint job!!!

Overall trailer pulls great. Issues with it are that it was poorly wired causing some lights to not work and some to be illuminated when they shouldn't ( running light is signal on one side and other side is how it should be). The paint quality isnt the greatest with a set of rust handprints on side rail from manufacturers and the shipping block in the suspension was left in on one side but not the other. Guving me a fun towing experience after leaving tractor supply.

Very satisfied and great customer service

I bought this trailer a couple of weeks ago. When I picked it up it had a wire cut to the left turn signal which appears to have been caused during transport or loading/unloading from the delivery tractor trailer. When I was hooking it up I realized I had the wrong size ball, not a 2 5/16. The employees at the Dubois Tractor Supply were AWESOME!! They loaned me what I needed to change the ball (which I had with me) and to fix the wire. The trailer pulls like it isn’t there. When I got home I contacted Carry-On about the wire.  Rebecca was great. I sent her some pictures and an explanation and they were quick to offer a solution. Carry-On could not have been nicer or easier to deal with.  A couple of things about this trailer; It does not come with a metal VIN plate, the VIN number is on a sticker. I would recommend either ordering a VIN plate from your state or stamping the number into the frame rail.  Stickers do come off. I’m not sure I would try to drive my 3500 pound Kubota up the loading ramp without reinforcing it. It is fine for riding mowers and such but I don’t trust it for my heavier tractor with all the implements attached.  The trailer jack does not come with a foot nor do they come with license plate bolts.  Overall I love this trailer and would definitely recommend it.

Trailer is amazing, and everything is decent quality except the BIG issue I ran into is the trailer wires in the wheel well is  Exposed with not supports or covers.. I didn’t realize this issue Until ice and snow built up on the wires and pull them apart Just a heads up for anyone buying this to support and cover those of the manufacturer hasn’t rectified

Manufacture forgot to weld the one side of the grate on the ramp. Also, not fond of the exposed wire in many places.

The trailer looks nice. But it has its cheap looking features. I mainly bought this trailer to bring 1 ton pellets home. The first bay I used it to a ton of pellets, I drove home with pellets and the trailer handled well. After putting only one ton of pellets the trailer seem like it could not handle a second ton but I'll never know sense the fork lift could not get a second pallet of wood pellets on due to the side rails. Over all I'm happy with the trailer even though it's low quality, will is trailer handle 5500 pounds I may never know unless I put a small car on it.
