Trailer Gone Wild

I ordered the trailer over six weeks ago and have not received it yet even though I have already been billed for it. I have been unable to get any information when I have contacted Tractor Supply Customer Care multiple times. They tell me they will have to get back with me because they are unable to get any information on my order. However, they have not responded back with any information regarding the status of my order. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. My local store has tried to get information for me as well, but tell me they have been unable to find out anything either.

I was in a 4-month long nightmare!

Worse experience of my life. The four-month nightmare just ended. I ordered this trailer in April and it was supposed to be delivered to the store June 4th. more than 2 later. A very long wait since it was only coming from Georgia (6 hours away.) The company Carry-On emailed me saying it would be delivered the next day, but it never showed up. They lost my order. I was on the phone every day, sometimes for hours, trying to locate it. Another two weeks later, they just reordered one. The store personal thought they were doing me a favor by saying they would put a rush on it. Two weeks later after the reorder, it finally arrived. Because of the reorder the store personal thought I was given a refund. I said, sure charge my card again, If it goes through there was a refund if not, no refund. The charge did not go through. But that was not good enough, in order to drive away with the trailer, I had to charge other cards, Now, I had $12,000 charged for one trailer. I said please give me a refund as soon as you figure it out. I had delt with Zack at customer solutions and he was a pain and not helpful at all. Two weeks later, I said, enough already!!! Give me a refund before I have to pay interest on 12k. I had to drive to the store and get it done. So glad to be out of the nightmare!

Could you send a copy of the Carry-On email stating it will be delivered the next day. This is not a Carry-On response. Any PO status should be from Tractor Supply.
