A Bit Concerned

A couple of flaws in the glass, including a very small air bubble, have me a bit concerned about the durability and quality control. Secondly, I have had several of these over the years, and in time, all the handles seem to creep around the glass carafe until the spout no longer aligns with the opening on the lid. Weird

This is my second replacement carafe. The glass is thin and will eventually break. Braun used to build lasting products, but this carafe is evidence that has changed.

Very thin glass. I have been through a few of them and the slightest tap and they break. Another how cheap can we make this for situation. Sad.
