Really nice griddle for mobility and it's medium size will make it nice even for whipping up a fair amount of food for a group. Price is a little steep, but being such a handy option makes the price a little less painful.

So far so good. Fried up some fajitas for the first time. The right burner wasn’t as hot as the left so I need to dig into that. Both burners also didn’t ignite right away so I needed to use a lighter.
