I have wanted a Blackstone forever and when I saw the patriotic design I couldn’t resist. I was disappointed that two weeks earlier I saw it for 25.00 less but got it anyway. There are so many Blackstone groups on social media to help you through seasoning, cooking and maintenance. I really I love it. The one thing I’m not thrilled with is that it takes a bit to start. You really need to pay attention to the fact that if it doesn’t start in the first 5 seconds to wait a few minutes to try again. I short cut that time and burned the hair on my arms twice!!
