I purchased this recently and sprayed wasps directly. They turned onto their backs and acted dead. Came back out a couple hours later they were gone and not dead. I then emptied the entire canister onto a tree that was infested with many wasps and I make contact with many of those wasps and the tree. Came back out and the wasps are still flying to and from the tree unharmed. This product does not do as it is advertised at all.

I received a can of this to try out and review. It was used outside and it did a great job ridding us of pests such as wasps. No problem with the wasps returning so far. Spray nozzle did not clog. No leaks.

The Google info that getting the wasps at sunrise and sunset is sort of correct. Around sunrise or sunset and you'll be fine. My nest full of wasps were still snoozing at 10AM when I went to use this. The spray distance on this is amazing and they never had a chance.. it killed them all instantly. They are still hanging from the nest dead in case one of them wasps was out hoeing all night and it will kill it, too, when it finally does the flight of shame back to the nest today. 100% recommended!

I bought this product based on other reviews stating there would be a quick knock down effect to wasp and hornet nests as well as the label saying the same. I also thought with the larger % of insecticide compared to the non “pro” version it was likely to help keep me safe while working due to the increased potency. Well I am sure the reviews that stated there was quick knock down effect were honest and it is effective for some species, in my experience it only aggravated the nest and took six~hours to start to have a kill effect on the European hornets that I sprayed. (Sprayed the nest at 6 am. Die off occured at 12:30pm) As these hornets can sting repeatedly without losing their stingers I would not recommend using this product as it does not provide the safety of a quick knockdown affect that one would want in taking out a nest-full of hornets. I followed up with aerosol can of brake cleaner from the safety of my car using the red nozzle attachment with the window barely cracked based on further online research. I only gave 2 stars b/c it may be possible the desired affect of returning hornets were killed because of lasting affect advertised. But it may have been the toxicity of the brake cleaner.

I have a issue with wasps in the stairs to my apartment. And you know wasps aren't the friendliest of insects. And those stairs are very high ceilings and this spray has a great shot distance to kill the wasps and the nest. And i can rest assured that it will kill any coming wasps that walk into the nest. Also is doesn't stain. Even though I don't care since it's outdoor but it's a plus.

One thing that at I cannot stand is a Bee sting. During This Spring and summer I keep a can Easily accessible And this product Kills on contact.

About a week before receiving this product, my husband was stung in the back of the neck by a wasp. When I received the spray, I went out on our back deck and sprayed everywhere I could find that had any trace of wasps or hornets nest. We also encountered a few in our house and sprayed those as well. This product works great! Highly recommended!

We have a huge problem with wasp and this gets rid of them super fast. I love the distance you can spray this from it great for when you got one in a hard to reach space. It doesn't have a super bad chemical smell like most do.

Wasps are a yearly problem where I live. They quickly build nests on my porch as I have a large covered area by the front door. And they are so territorial that they'll chase anyone. The most beautiful about this product is it can reach up to 27 feet. So you don’t have ti use the ladder to spray them when you live in the two stories home or hometown. Has an easy to remove and apply cap. Says it has a 27 foot jet spray, that I will say is true. I was able to stand a good distance away from the nest to spray it, which helped me feel a bit more safe while trying to get rid of these pests. So far I haven't noticed much if any activity around the nest I sprayed down.

I have had a wasp family on my front porch for a couple of years. I have tried other products without success. So far this product seems to be working like a charm. It took a couple of sprays to get the pests to move on or die but they finally got the message. My front porch is finally wasp free.

This is the brand I use with everything. We have somewhat rotten wood on both of our porches on our mobile home and wasps and bees and bumblebees also tend to flock to it. They either build a nest or try to bore holes. This deters them and really knocks them down if not kills them. The power jet sprayer on it is a real positive cuz you don't have to get near them especially since I'm scared to death of bees. Great product

Spectracide Wasp & Hornet spray shoots at least 25 feet easily. So if you've got a hornets nest on a high part of the roof as I did, this will do the trick. It works quickly and within a few days there was no sign of activity at all.I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to get rid of wasps or hornets.

I am so glad I got Spectracide 18.5 oz wasp and hornet spray. It is definitely something I need around outside of my home. The wasp and hornets seem to always be flying around when I am doing things around the outside of my home.

Had a wasp nest on the patio - took aim at it and it killed the wasps on contact. You do not have to be right on top of the nest - you can spray from a reasonable distance and wasps be gone! No more wasps!!

Wasps like to make homes in the corners of the windows on the upper level of my home where they are protected from the elements. I do not like that location because it is right above the front door entrance to my home where they create a nuisance. I love this product has a jet spray that reaches up to 27 feet. That is perfect because it reached the second store eave where they were housed with ease without the need to drag out a ladder. I also appreciate the non-staining formula since my primary purpose was to use the product around my home siding. By the next day I saw no noticeable evidence of wasps swarming around the nest. Since I am not easily able to get up so high to remove the actual nest, I also like that this product continues to kill insects who return to the nest over the next few days. I have also used this product successfully to discourage the carpenter bees who burrow into my wood decking. I only wish this product contained a more targeted and controlled sprayer head. The can sprayer splattered and saturated the entire area around the nests also.
