Simply presoak the pad under cold water and reinsert for best results. Our portable air cooler has an adjustable air vent to direct airflow where it's needed and nonskid grips on the bottom so you can secure your mini air humidifier cooler in place. The water tank features a water level indicator with LED feature. A light button lets you choose between solid or rotating color modes (red, purple, green, lavender, yellow, blue, and rotating colors). This USB fan offers 0.063 qts.
