I've had a pair of Johnson Woolen Mills wool pants about 4 decades. I've outgrown the waist size and looked into purchasing another pair. At $300 a pair, I wasn't spending that much. I found your brand at 1/3 of the price and love them.

Sheds snow and water. Very quiet and comfortable walking. Warm and little longer pant leg which is great. For the money they are excellent.

SIZING WAY OFF ON PANTS

These Pants fit True to Size but have allowance for extra layering underneath. I wear 42 x31" Jeans and that's what I ordered. As mentioned plenty of room for layering. It's a Mid-Rise so the closure button hits just below the belly button. Good fit at the crotch with no pulling or excessive sag. I have my suspenders buttoned* on and no issues. Plenty of room in the thigh and calf area. Lastly the Cuff slipped over top of my Heavy Weight Hunting/ Hiker Boots. The cuff was positioned perfectly on the boot. No stepping on the cuff. *Suspender Buttons are on the inside of the waistband. True to style.
