This Berne Men's Quilted Arctic Insulated Vest is lightweight, durable and comfortable and is perfect for those cool Fall days. The cotton/poly blend shell is water-resistant and blocks the elements. The arctic-weight insulation quilted to taffeta offers tremendous warmth. 1 year warranty
