A+ chicks, healthy and quick delivery. Good communication.

All the chicks arrived at the post office very healthy and seem to be growing very fast.

I know the shipping is hard on chicks and I took that risk ordering online. 1 was DOA 1 died a few hours later. Had a heater and mat hot and ready tried my best but wouldn’t eat, drink, or stand up. The tracking had no movement for about 5 days then the PO called me for pickup. No idea how long they were in transit, So be ready for that. Ended up with 1 Roo, the rest are hens. The survivors are happy healthy and thriving, overall the experience is not bad.

I bought 20 chicks (high priced) 3 died first day. The others are doing very well.

Received my baby chicks with only one casualty.

Barred rocks are great. They are my favorite chicken for eggs. The hens came in fast after the order.

Chicks arrived within 2 days, one was DOA, one developed the splits within two days, other eight are thriving !!!!

All my chicks died after I got them I brought 20 and now I have only 4

They came via air freight. Were a bit dehydrated and quiet the first 24 hours. With hydration and food they are putting out wing, tail, and a few chest feathers at only 2 weeks. Have given them some tender chopped up grass. Boy, they love the greens as well as their 20% protein feed. Fingers crossed I have 10 girls. Won't know for a couple more months.

Chick's came within a week. They were in very good shape.

The chicks are fine. I had one that was a failure to thrive and died in the 1st 24 hours. Because I ordered them online I didnt have a physical receipt that showed the exact time I received the birds. I went to T.S. twice and called once about getting the one bird replaced. I didnt want a money refund, I just needed one replacement bird and told them I realized it would be a different breed. Just need one extra hen chick. I split my order with another family. They are expecting 4 chicks. I need 6. The staff at T.S. in Oakwood, GA was so incredibly rude and difficult to work with that I gave up and am taking the loss. Impressed with the hatchery as always. Incredibly disappointed with staff. Dayshift manager spent 8-10 min yelling at a staff member at the register for supposedly selling gift cards and entering in register incorrectly, causing a drawer shortage. Meanwhile there are 3 ppl behind me in line waiting and the stress level is through the roof. In the end she figured out the girl at register had done it correctly afterall. So unprofessional that I will order straight from hatchery next time.

The product was a love chicken. They arrived alive and have lasted a week.

Very healthy chicks

Birds are growing like crazy in spite of the cold weather here in GA. Healthy and going through water and food like champs.

First order was not what I had ordered. They looked like Rhode Island chickens. Contacted the hatchery and they quickly replaced them with Barred Rock Chickens. They told me to keep the originals. Great customer service.

First and last time purchasing chicks online and shipped from TS This isn’t our first rodeo… we’ve raised hundreds of chickens but always purchased in person In a brooder, cleaned everyday, fresh water etc Of 10 females, we have 3 alive

Chicks were shipped on a Monday, and didn't arrive at my post office until the following Saturday. Two chicks arrived dead and five others didn't make it past 24 hours after arriving. I reached out to TS after 48 hours and they refunded me for the seven we lost and offered to replace - we passed.

All dead 💀 within 3(three) days! 10 isa browns and 10 more of these!! $150.00 💴kissed 💋and then said goodbye 👋 👋!! Don’t ever buy from the hatchery again!! 20(twenty 🐣🐥🐔🐓🐤DEAD IN 3(three) DAYS!!$150.00!! Waste of time,money and energy besides purchasing food and water and of course the $30.00 + for the containers!

Given a date way out. The date came I got an email stating order delayed I called tsc they told me company running 5-6 weeks behind the order was cancelled due to this. Chicks came next day

Hoover Hatchery only gets one star from this customer. I ordered Plymouth Barred Rock chick's, but that's not what was shipped. A second order was shipped and when they arrived, they weren't Plymouth Barred Rock chick's either. It was frustrating to get 20 chick's of a breed to be determined when they grow up. My coop won't accommodate any more, so I'm hoping what I now have will work for me.

The only issue I had was not being notified when the chicks were shipped. I was notified they were shipped after the Post Office called to let me know they had them. The chicks are great.
