We love our Ashley stove! I would have given a 5 star but the manufacturer never called me back. They must have accidentally left the Ashley label that goes on the front of the stove out of the packaging. So, my nameless stove heats up well. :)

BAD CHOICE TO BUY

I DON'T LIKE IT. IT WAS OK FOR A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THAT IT SHEARED OFF THE PIN THAT HOLDS THE AUGER. THE FOLLOWING MONTH IT DID IT AGAIN. SO FAR IT DOES THIS EVERY MONTH. I WILL NOT BUY ASHLEY FROM U S STOVE COMPANY AGAIN. AS A MATTER OF FACT WE ARE BUYING A GRAND TETON TOMORROW FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY.

Stove holds a sufficient amount of pellets. Easy to operate. It is a little tricky to find the correct balance to heat the space needed without burning dirty too fast. So far it has been efficient on pellet use and definitely needs the fresh air intake from the outside to push exhaust out.

Works great! We absolutely love it! Easy to install, easy to use, emits a lot of heat! Large hopper is very nice, just fill it up and enjoy countless hours of heat with no worries! The app is also convenient. I am able to change settings no matter where I am. It will also let you know when more pellets are needed. Highly recommend.

This stove has trouble keeping the house warm on thermostat mode, and on manual mode it gets warmer but the pellets pile up and fall to the side within 24hrs. Then every time I clean it it throws up an error code. I was able to get it working a couple times, but the last time nothing worked. It is now a decoration. Tried 3 days calling customer services with each day 25+ people in the queue before me. I wish I had something good to say, but I don't.

If I missed it in the instructions, my mistake, but once you toss a couple handfuls of pellets in to "jump start" the stove until the completely empty auger picks up enough pellets to get the stove going. After that, hassle free experience. 2nd lowest setting is keeping a 2,900 sf barn with 16' ceilings above 60° f one 1.5 bags of pellets a day. Would absolutely buy again.

Well I saw the sticker on the box said it heated 2200 SQ ft I ordered the 3000 SQ ft model they shipped me another unit just in case the second stove was marked exactly the same. Wrong stickers perhaps unknown still if it's the right unit after several calls. If it's the smaller unit then a rebate is due

Just installed last night . Looks nice. Not sure the thermostat is working? Just keeps heating when temperature has been reached. Haven't hooked up the wifi to my phone yet Not sure if that will help.
